Cardlo has invested 100 million RMB in the first phase and has its own research and development and production base in Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The factory covers an area of about 20,000 square meters and introduces advanced equipment and international top production technology. It has built an intelligent and continuous high-purity fatty acid glyceride production line with the world’s largest single line production capacity of 100,000 tons/year, established a four stage molecular distillation purification process, and increased the purity of mono fatty acid glycerides from 99.2% to over 99.8%. The quality has reached the international leading level, and the market share ranks second in the world.
